Ugly Cable provides all Australian buyers with exception value, products that are of high quality and fit for purpose as described. We do not ship to addresses outside Australia and will only accept Australian issued Credit Cards. We do not ship orders until your payment is received, cleared and accepted into our account. We accept Paypal and Credit Card through our secure online facilities.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (10% Goods and Services Tax).

We pack and ship goods daily (Monday to Friday).
Most orders placed and paid for (payment showing in our account), before 2.00pm each day will be shipped the same day. There are a very small number of exceptions to same day shipping. We will contact you if we are unable to ship on the same day.

Ugly Cable will replace or refund any goods delivered to you that are incorrect or in a faulty or damaged condition.

If, for any reason, you wish to return goods to us, please contact us and request a Return Authorisation number. This will assist us to process your return quickly upon arrival in out warehouse.

The Website (excluding any linked third party Websites) is controlled by Ugly Cable. By accessing this Website, you accept that any disputes about this Website or the Content are to be determined by the Courts having jurisdiction in Victoria Australia in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria.
