Mount your Plasma or LCD on the Wall
This high quality bracket is perfect for mounting your flat screen LCD or Plasma TV to the wall. It's a versatile bracket, which allows you to tilt your screen vertically +/- 15 degrees (up or down) and also allows you to extend the screen away from the wall and rotate the screen 40 degrees left or right to best suit your viewing position. Please note that the 40 degrees left or right is a guide only, and this figure is also dependant on screen size. This bracket will NOT allow you to turn the screen a full 90 degrees from the wall. Suitable for Stud Walls (Plasterboard) or Brick
Most cheaper brackets aren't. On our model, the back plate which mounts to the wall is 530mm wide, perfect for stud walls with 450mm stud spacing (also suitable for brick or concrete walls). Many inferior models have a back plate that is not as wide and will generally not span across 2 studs. Note: this model will not span across two studs on walls that have 600mm stud spacing.
Will it fit my screen?
It's pretty easy to work out if this bracket will fit your screen:
1. First just measure your screen, the bracket is 815 wide and the arm height is 510mm so as long as the outside of the screen is wider and taller than that, the bracket will not protrude.
2. Check the mounting holes on the back of the screen and measure how far apart they are. The bracket will fit screens with mounting holes a maximum of 770mm wide and 470mm high (centre to centre of the hole).
3. As long as the screen weighs less than 80kg you're set!
